Can we stay in the house during the renovation?
Often, yes. When the scope allows, we stage the work room by room with dust containment and daily tidy-ups so you are not living in a construction zone.
Do you handle the finishing work yourselves?
Yes. Drywall, plaster, interior stucco, painting, and tile are part of what we do, so your walls are finished by people who understand how they were built.
Can exterior work be done in the same project?
Yes. When the shell needs work in the same season, we can align cladding and openings with stucco or siding.
What do you need for a first quote?
Photos, approximate square footage, and a short priority list are enough for a first walkthrough conversation. A rough floor plan helps too.
